Lemet
During 2016, Minex Group delivered and installed a Graco 2KS automated mixing unit at company Lemet and successfully managed the integration of the unit with the wood panels automated painting line. Electronic dosing and mixing offers the greatest reliability for the mixing ratio, a fast and efficient solution for color change together with ultimate solution for reducing material waste and real time reporting.
The Lemet installation consists in the following:
- One Graco 2KS automated unit for 7 colors and 4 catalysts
- Twelve high pressure Graco Merkur pumps used to feed the 2KS unit with paint, catalyst and solvent.
- Ten Graco automated air assisted G40 guns installed on the Cefla robot
- Siemens PLC operated by a proprietary Minex software and HMI unit, specially developed to fully interconnect the Graco 2KS unit with the Cefla Robot.
