Fumes extraction during welding - case studies in Czech Republic

One Extraction Solution – Two Different Applications in the Agricultural and Metalworking Sectors

A FilterMax unit paired with an Original extraction arm featuring an automatic damper was successfully implemented in a factory producing agricultural machines and equipment. The objective was to ensure clean air and safety for the operators by effectively removing welding fumes and airborne contaminants.

Surprisingly, the same configuration proved to be equally effective in a small locksmith workshop in the Czech Republic. Prior to installation, the production hall was heavily polluted, posing a risk not only to human health but also to the functionality and lifespan of the machinery inside. After the implementation of the Nederman solution, the air quality improved significantly, making the working environment safer and more sustainable.

This case highlights the versatility of the system—adaptable to both large industrial facilities and small workshops, while maintaining consistent performance.
