The Metallisation PS50M-PC represents the latest evolution of our 50kW Atmospheric Plasma Spray (APS) system. Building on the proven performance of the original PS50M, the PS50M-PC retains all the core advantages, including mass flow control of process gases for consistent and repeatable coating quality, and a user-friendly operator interface.

Key improvements have been made to enhance usability and precision. The powder feeder now features mass flow-controlled carrier gas and a closed-loop motor system, ensuring stable and accurate powder feed rates for high-quality coating application. The operator interface has also been upgraded to a modern, intuitive touchscreen display, replacing traditional pushbutton controls.

The result is a compact, reliable, and easy-to-operate plasma spray system that delivers superior performance and process control for demanding industrial coating environments.
