The DIG Micropanel Welding Line is a fully automated production solution for subassemblies, designed for high-precision welding of small and intricate components. It is the first line in China to integrate Laser-Arc Hybrid welding and edge milling, deployed successfully at CSSC HPS. The system’s advanced automation ensures superior accuracy, reduced cycle times, and minimal operator intervention. 

Featuring dual welding robots, a mobile device, and a dedicated welding platform, the line enables stiffener corner welding and simultaneous processing of multiple workpieces. A 3D visual scanning system eliminates the need for programming, allowing free placement of components, while the Windows-based touchscreen interface provides an intuitive and efficient user experience.
