Robot ++ HighMate S10 Coating and Sanding Robot

The HighMate S10 is a compact, high-precision robot designed for coating and sanding operations, minimizing manual labor and improving finish quality. It can be equipped with up to 4 spray guns (2 used in most cases) for better control of coating thickness and overlap. The robot supports autonomous navigation with straight-line running, cruise control, automatic lane changes, and autonomous work area planning.

The integrated sanding pads ensure a perfect finish after coating. Its hood limits overspray and contains spray particles for easier cleanup, while reducing HSE risks, scaffold costs, and weather-related interruptions.

From coating application to perfect surface finishing, the Robot++ HighMate S10 ensures speed, precision, and safety in demanding marine and industrial environments.
