Boxes for emission exhaust for painting halls

The AZW exhaust box is designed for paint booth ventilation and is constructed from durable galvanized steel panels. The front side features a framework for installing a high-efficiency filter, capable of capturing 98–99% of powder paint particles at an airspeed of 0.75 m/s.

An anti-spark fan, mounted within the casing, ensures safe and effective emission removal. The fan operates with a static pressure of 50 mmCA and is built according to EEx standards, featuring a motor with IP54 protection class insulation. A rectangular-to-round adapter allows for easy connection to standard round exhaust ducting, making it a flexible solution for a wide range of paint booth configurations.
