Plastic Blasting Media

Plastic blasting media are specially formulated granules used in dry blasting applications for delicate or specialized surfaces. Made from various polymer compositions such as urea, melamine, phenol, acrylic, polyamide, or polycarbonate, these media are ideal for cleaning, deburring, and deburring sensitive components without damaging the base material.

Certain types (Type II, III, V) are certified by the U.S. Air Force under MIL-P-85891. The range covers both industrial-grade and antistatic variants, tailored to suit aerospace, automotive, and general manufacturing.

Mesh sizes from 60–80 (0.18 mm) to 12–16 (1.70 mm)
Special sizes: 0.50 x 0.50 mm up to 1.50 x 1.50 mm
