Elcometer Frikmar Viscosity Dip Cups
Thanks to its ergonomic handle, this Elcometer Flow Cup is exceptionally easy to use, making it ideal for performing quick and reliable viscosity checks on-site or during the manufacturing process. It is widely used for evaluating the consistency of paints, varnishes, inks, and other similar fluid products.
The testing process is straightforward: dip the cup into the product to be measured, then allow the liquid to drain through the precision orifice. The kinematic viscosity is determined by measuring the flow time in seconds, which can then be converted to Centistokes (cSt) if specified by the applicable Standard.
This type of flow cup is available in several viscosity ranges, depending on the selected Standard, covering values from 7 to 1100cSt, ensuring flexibility for various testing needs in industrial environments.
