Elcometer 3520 Baker Film

The Elcometer 3520 Baker Film Applicator is a precision-engineered tool made from hardened stainless steel, designed to apply coatings with consistent film thickness and width on flat, relatively firm substrates. With a cylindrical applicator body, this durable instrument ensures repeatable and reliable application of paints, varnishes, adhesives, and similar high-viscosity materials.

Each Elcometer 3520 is equipped with four fixed gap sizes, offering users the flexibility to apply different coating thicknesses using the same tool. This makes it ideal for comparative testing, product development, and quality control procedures in laboratory and industrial environments.

The applicator is compatible with Elcometer 4330 and 4340 Motorised Film Applicators, allowing for automated, high-precision application when required. It is available in a range of film widths, enabling users to select the size best suited to their test panels or substrates.
